The Class of 2007 is approaching our 20-year reunion, and we’re looking for a classmate to help lead the planning!
Introducing “Making the Reunion” our search for an Event Coordinator to help bring this milestone celebration to life.
If you’re organized, creative, and excited about bringing classmates together, we encourage you to apply.
📌 Event Coordinator Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Developing a vision and theme for the 20-year reunion
• Researching and recommending venues
• Creating a proposed budget and ticket pricing structure
• Lead a team of classmates to manage food, entertainment, and programming
• Developing a planning timeline and milestones
• Communicating updates to the class page
• Helping manage RSVPs and ticketing logistics
• Coordinating day-of event operations

Submission Deadline: April 15th
